Process Automation Intern - Workato

The Process Automation Intern will support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise automations using the Workato platform. This role offers hands-on experience with system integrations across HR, Finance, IT, and SaaS applications, while working closely with engineers and business stakeholders. The intern will help analyze manual processes, document automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving operational efficiency through automation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, building, and testing process automations using the Workato platform.

• Support integration workflows across enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, and SaaS applications).

• Help document automation logic, data mappings, and process flows with accuracy and clarity.

• Troubleshoot and validate automation failures and data issues under guidance from the Integration team.

• Analyze existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

• Collaborate with engineers and business partners to translate business requirements into automation solutions.

• Support operational monitoring of existing automations as needed.
