Engineering Intern
Description
The Engineering Tech role will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve a variety of technical issues related to quality and manufacturing. They will be assigned a mentor to learn, participate in projects and help solve simple or medium-level cases related to quality, production, and engineering processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Enrolled in accredited electronics or engineering related degree program
· Available for a full-time, onsite paid internship role (4 months)
· Legally entitled to work in the United States of America by way of US Citizenship, Permanent Residency
· Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
· Strong communication skills (English, written and verbal), and ability to clearly articulate fact-based opinions/ideas
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Proactive approach to learning, curiosity and openness to asking questions and seeking feedback
· Experience in organizing concise and accurate technical documentation
· Interest in future electronics / manufacturing career with Creation a plus
· Experience in manufacturing methodology a plus
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
· Gain practical, hands-on experience applying classroom learning in a real manufacturing environment

· Support routine engineering tasks, prototype builds, equipment maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
· Contribute to process documentation, SOP reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles
· Assist in the development, operation, and readiness of manufacturing tools, equipment, and processes
· Communicate effectively within the team and help ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
· Participate in various projects and responsibilities that support operational and engineering goals
· Build readiness for potential future full‑time opportunities upon degree completion
