As a BI intern, you’ll dive into real projects that make a real impact - you’ll be helping us understand the story behind our data and shaping how teams across the company make decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with data mapping and documentation to help us understand where everything lives and how it all connects

  • Clean up, consolidate, and standardize reports so our insights are sharp, accurate, and easy to use

  • Outline processes and identify improvements — and even help brainstorm solutions

  • Participate in cross‑functional training and knowledge sharing to learn how different teams use data

  • Support the BI team with data scrubbing, manipulation, and descriptive analytics

  • Help test new systems and assist with monthly or ad‑hoc reporting

  • Use Power BI to build dashboards and visualizations for teams across the company

  • Contribute to data‑related projects across the MEMIC Group and see how your work drives decisions

What You Bring

  • Pursuing an Associate’s degree or higher

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or SQL

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
