As a Business Analytics intern supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing data, creating reports, and uncovering insights that help improve business performance.

What You’ll Do
Business Analytics Interns will work closely with their mentor on diverse initiatives inside our Personal Lines area. These initiatives may include:

Evaluation of business results

Market and competitive analysis

Report building and data visualization

Other projects focused on making us the leading provider of niche insurance products for individuals
We welcome applicants interested in data science, business intelligence, and other analytical career paths. This internship opportunity is available in Stevens Point, WI or Madison, WI.
What it Takes
To be considered for this position, the following criteria are necessary:

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

A minimum in-major GPA of 3.00

Working experience in one of the following coding languages: Python, R, SAS, SQL, or related language

Graduating in Fall of 2026 through Spring 2027

Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience
