Position Summary: This role is designed for current college students, particularly rising seniors, who are interested in building a career in Data Analytics and/or Data Science. The Summer Data Analyst Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting product strategy, customer success, and business intelligence initiatives by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

The internship offers exposure to real-world datasets and cross-functional collaboration with teams including Customer Success, Product, and Data & Analytics. Interns will develop practical analytics skills while learning how data informs customer outcomes and strategic business decisions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support senior Data Analyst by assisting with historical data analysis, basic data scrubbing, mapping, and validation.

  • Analyze user behavior, product performance, and operational data under the guidance of senior analysts.

  • Support the review and interpretation of early machine-learning model outputs and help prepare materials for internal or customer-facing presentations.

  • Conduct competitor, industry, and market research to support product and strategic planning.

  • Participate in discussions with business stakeholders to help document requirements and prototype new analytic ideas.

  • Assist with small-scale feature analysis or process improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with data and analytics team members to support data quality checks and documentation efforts.

  • Develop foundational knowledge in transportation data and related business domains.
